Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how EachCheck ("the Service"), operated by Triple T Electronics LLC ("we," "us"), handles your information. We built this Service to help you manage your own budget, and we collect only what is needed to do that.

Information we collect

• Account information — the email address you use to sign up and an encrypted password (we never see your plaintext password).
• Budget data you enter — income, expenses, debts, accounts, savings goals, net worth, and notes you choose to record.
• Subscription status — whether your account is on the free or Pro tier, and your billing status.

Where your data is stored

When you are signed in, your account and budget data are stored in our hosted database provider (Supabase). Row-Level Security ensures each account can only access its own data. The app also keeps an account-scoped copy in your browser's local storage to load quickly and protect pending edits during temporary sync interruptions.

Payments

Payments for the Pro tier are processed by Stripe. We do not collect or store your full card number or payment credentials — Stripe handles that directly. We receive only your subscription status (active, canceled, past due) so we can enable or disable Pro features.

How we use your information

• To provide and operate the Service (saving and syncing your budget across your devices).
• To manage your subscription and enable paid features.
• To send account-related emails such as sign-up confirmation and password resets.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your financial data for advertising.

Sharing

We share data only with the service providers required to run the Service — our database/hosting providers (Supabase, Netlify) and our payment processor (Stripe) — and only as needed to provide it, or where required by law.

Data retention and deletion

Your data is kept while your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data yourself at any time using the Delete button inside the app — deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. You can also request deletion by emailing us at the address below.

Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections, access is protected by per-user Row-Level Security, and payment processing is delegated to Stripe. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
