Terms of Service

By creating an account or using EachCheck ("the Service"), operated by Triple T Electronics LLC ("we," "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

The Service is a personal budgeting tool that lets you record and track your income, expenses, debts, savings, and net worth, and (on the Pro tier) access additional features.

Not financial advice. The Service provides calculations and projections for your own planning and informational purposes only. It is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Figures such as debt-payoff timelines and growth projections are estimates based on the inputs you provide. Always consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

3. Subscriptions and billing

The Service offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription, billed monthly or annually through our payment processor, Stripe.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled beforehand.
You can cancel at any time; access to Pro features continues until the end of the current paid period.
Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Refund requests can be sent to the contact email below.
Prices may change; we will give notice of changes before they affect your next renewal.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access other users' data, disrupting the Service, or using it for unlawful purposes.

5. Your data

You retain ownership of the data you enter. Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for keeping your own backups of important information; you can export your data from within the app.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the Service running reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change or be discontinued.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any financial decisions made using the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
